Getting Started With Your Flooring Project

Getting started is much easier than you might think. Just follow these easy steps!

Step 1

Sunday Closed , and realize we will take great care of you. We do not expect our customers to be the experts; that is why we are here. All you need to know is that you want to do it and we will guide you from there.

Step 2

Let a friendly, knowledgeable sales associate help you design and select the products that best suit your needs.

Step 3

Let the sales associate know whether or not you would like a professional installation. If so, Floor City's installation manager will assess the job and provide the necessary information to a qualified, professional installer.

Step 4

The installer will contact you to set up an appointment to measure for materials and provide an estimate for the labor. During this visit, the installer will be able to answer all of your questions, concerns, and expectations regarding the entire installation process through the completion.

Step 5

Upon receiving the quote for labor, and assuming everything looks good to you, and you want to proceed, pay for the materials and one-half of the labor. The installer will show up on the day agreed upon to start the work.

Step 6

Upon completion of the installation, and provided you are satisfied with the work, pay the labor balance with Floor City. If there are any issues to be addressed, please let Floor City know so immediate action may be taken.

  • 3. Decide if you need a professional installer
  • 4. Coordinate with installer the date/time to measure and put together a labor quote
  • 5. Pay for materials and 1/2 of labor to get job started
  • 6. Upon satisfactory completion of the installation, pay the balance
